Residence Le Pescine in Vada is situated in a coastal area characterized by large beaches of light sand, shaded by pine groves and equipped with beach resorts.
A few kilometers away, Castiglioncello, the "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea," features small coves and cliffs. Both locations boast the Blue Flag recognition for the environmental quality of their coasts and beaches since 1998.
The area also offers naturalistic attractions such as the Bolgheri oasis, the pine forests of Cecina and Donoratico, and the hilly landscapes of Bibbona. Places of historical and cultural interest include the medieval villages of Castagneto Carducci, Volterra, and Campiglia Marittima.
